The solution
In close collaboration with the system integrator and NDW, the entire sorting process was re-evaluated and optimized.
Extensive testing was carried out using the full Passa Sports portfolio, resulting in a redesigned and highly efficient sorting concept:
- Implementation of a high-speed sortation system
- Introduction of a V-shape sorting layout
- Elimination of vertical movements and unnecessary direction changes
- Creation of a continuous and uninterrupted product flow
